Sara and Tom postponed their wedding day due to the pandemic. But the original date they chose was also their anniversary, and they decided they still wanted to get married. They reached out to me to help make that happen and I'm so glad they did.

I helped them find the most adorable Airbnb at their favorite weekend getaway place: Leavenworth, WA. It took a little bit of research but once I found it I knew it was perfect - and I'm so happy they agreed.

PRO TIP: If you're choosing to elope at an Airbnb, please be sure to reach out to them directly before booking the space. Some Airbnbs require additional permission to allow photo/video to take place on their property. Communication is key. You don't want to get shut down on your best day ever. The risk isn't worth the added stress!

Nathan and I joined them and I officiated from behind my camera, as they held their own organic ceremony. It was romantic, powerful, and very much them.

Your wedding day is what you make of it. Sara and Tom embraced that idea and it was like a dream.
