Sara and Tom originally eloped at an Airbnb in Leavenworth (up on the blog here!) so it was so cool to see them again for round two. For that elopement, they only had me, Nathan (my husband + their videographer), and her makeup artist and their sole witnesses. This time around, they had a much larger guest count so that they could include more of their friends and family. I love the idea of having a smaller, more intimate ceremony/elopement and then doing something bigger later on!
Because their elopement is already up on the blog, I really wanted to showcase the vendors that were included in their Port Gamble wedding. The venue was absolutely stunning, and their coordinator Simply Planned Events did a fantastic job bringing everything together. Not to mention, their florals from Love Blooms Weddings were spectacular! Their officiant was incredibly kind and personable, I would recommend Aimee to any couples looking for one. During their ceremony, the emotions among the guests and the couple were nothing short of touching.
As you can see from the photos, Sara looked gorgeous for her Port Gamble wedding. Her stylist from Seattle Wedding Hair and makeup artist Gracie did a stunning job. I love how Sara used the same makeup artist from her original elopement. I was also thrilled to work alongside my husband Nathan of Ochoa Wedding Films for their special day once again.
One of my favorite parts of their reception was the photo booth from The Snap Bar. It gave guests (and the couple) a chance to let loose and take fun photos together! Their wedding desserts were definitely drool-worthy, so thanks to Bella Bella Cupcakes for helping me practice my self-control skills. Sara and Tom went with Crescent Moon Catering for their reception meals and their guests did not seem disappointed. They also decided to hire Kitsap Bartending Services which was another fan favorite.
One thing I did want to mention was how their DJ, Orion Entertainment, did a great job getting the party started. The uplighting they they used really helped the guests get into a dancing mood! They also really helped elevate the reception dancing photos. If this is something your DJ offers, I would highly recommend taking advantage.
