The Main Street Studio. Located in Sumner, WA. It is a creative natural-light studio with south facing windows. Studios like these offer the opportunity to utilize unique spaces for a variety of photo sessions. It is also women owned and inclusive to all people.
We teamed up with some talented vendors recently in the South Sound area for a styled shoot. The studio puts on their own styled shoots for photographers to join. Allowing creatives to capture new content and to network with other vendors, all at the same time.
The vibe of this shoot? Dark and moody. All things black – including the wedding attire. (Spot that long black veil? Amazing.)
The concept was put together by Pennies Events, a local coordinator to the Puyallup area. Along side of her, Taylor of Honest Calligraphy. She also is the one who created the black and white stationary for the moody flat lays.
The Enchanted Florist of Tacoma joined in and gave us these gorgeous floral arrangements. The table scape items rented from Magical Moments Design Rentals really helped pull the space together. And can we just take a moment of silence for the badass black cake that Sift and Gather created? So good.
Real-life couple Adele and Noah joined us as our models. The dark and moody makeup look is bold and beautiful. All done by the talented Megan Root Makeup.
