This Wedgewood wedding featuring the beautiful San Clemente shore wedding venue strayed close to my heart. Bride Taylor and groom Matthew are high school sweethearts! It’s so fun to capture people who have been together for such a long time, growing up together and falling in love. It was close to my heart because I mentored Taylor through high school as a co-leader of her bible study and volunteered as her camp counselor. So those connections made this day all the more special to me. I love when people I know reach out to have my capture their day.
San Clemente Wedding Photographer
The day in San Clemente couldn’t have been more beautiful. Sun shimmered on the water and created cool shadows on the rock walls which allowed for great portraits. Not to mention, it helped provide a stunning sunset at the end of the night!
Sweet Testimonial from Bride Taylor
“We loved working with Taylor and Nathan! It was so easy to book with them because they were very on top of communication and worked with us closely on our timeline and photo planning. Months before our wedding, Taylor met with me to scope out the location of the venue and church so she could plan ahead about lighting, group size and the best photo taking spots. On the actual day everything went so smoothly! Me and my husband do not love being photographed and are not very photogenic but Taylor and Nathan did an amazing job making us feel comfortable. Unless we were specifically posing at one of our chosen locations, I did not feel like I was being photographed but they still got amazing candids of us and our friends/family. This was by far my best photography experience and it made it that much nicer that it was our special day. I would highly recommend them for any special events!”
Wedgewood Wedding at San Clemente Shore
Wedgewood hosts a great SoCal wedding venue located in San Clemente. It’s close to the beach and downtown, so lot’s of accommodations for guests coming from out of town. The building is Spanish-inspired and incredibly romantic. It’s the perfect mix of tranquil and romantic. I’ve got a great blog on Los Angeles wedding venues to look at as you start your wedding journey.
Can’t ever leave you hanging on the amazing vendors who made this day possible. My husband Nathan with Ochoa Wedding Films created a stunning video for them!
Florals by Events by Milan helped create stunning arrangements.
Bridal hair and makeup were provided by Dolled Up OC, and the look was completed by Here Comes the Bride for the dress.
Dj Forever Tomorrow Events helped keep the dance floor flowing! So thankful to everyone for making this day possible and special.
