You know I never shy away from a styled shoot, and since I’d like to think of myself as an Orting Manor wedding photographer, when they went to new ownership, I knew I wanted to do a session there!

Orting Manor, an enchanting destination nestled in the heart of Washington state, where timeless elegance meets rustic charm is one of my favorite venues to shoot at. As you step foot onto the grounds of Orting Manor, you'll be immediately captivated by its timeless beauty and architectural brilliance. The charming manor house, with its ornate detailing and sweeping verandas, evokes a sense of old-world charm, reminiscent of a bygone era. Each corner of this splendid estate, thoughtfully designed, creates an atmosphere of elegance and sophistication. It provides the perfect canvas for couples seeking an unforgettable wedding celebration.

What I love about styled shoots is showcasing the work of so many talented vendors, but also revealing to couples what is possible on a wedding day! From bounce houses to cocktail bars to a mixture of textures on a tablespace, nothing is outside the realm of possibility.

Tosha with Elevated Events by Tosha absolutely blew me out of the water with this design. As you’ll see in the images, she truly brought so many of the best vendors together and went all out. Her attention to detail ensured an amazing session. My most overdelivered styled shoot to date!

The flowers by Moon Flower Design brought the exact right mixture of whimsy and elegance. It complemented every aspect of the wedding day from dress by The Wedding Bell to the hair and makeup by Wedding Hair by Rhianna to the tablespace featuring rentals by American Party Palace and Seattle Noble Rentals.

It’s not often that caterers want to be a part of styled shoots, and I don’t blame them! Oftentimes, it means they cook and spend their own money to create something for pictures. Which, we all know, food is better eaten! But, we were lucky to have private Chef Mari Makan join us. Alongside the food, Cocktail Collective Mobil Bar made the incredibly cocktails featured. And, Flour Lane Bake Shop created the amazing cake!

For entertainment, Eleven 23 Bounce Company set up their bounce house, and Pretty Girl Pops covered it in balloons! Such a fun add-on to your wedding day. Everyone has photobooths at their wedding, but a bounce house would be something totally new and exciting for your celebration.

Elevate Your Wedding at Orting Manor

Another area to up your wedding game, is in signage and paper goods. Seem like small things but they can elevate any event if done well, or take an event down a notch without. Scripted Sketches provided all the paper goods, and Simply Rae Designs did the custom signage. So good!

I’d be remiss without mentioning our amazing officiant Another One Ties the Knot, who you make recognize from her recent feature in Love is Blind! She’s a good friend of mine in the business, and I love when we get to work together.
