El Matador Beach Elopement Photographer
One of my favorite things about elopements is that it can be whatever you want it to be. You can head to El Matador beach at sunset for your ceremony. Surrounding yourself with your closest family and friends. One of your kids can walk you down the "aisle."
When you are exchanging rings during the ceremony, anyone can hold onto them for you. You can choose a family member to hang onto the rings if you don't have a wedding party. Or you can even hold onto them yourselves! Really, as long as they make it onto your fingers, you can't go wrong haha.
You can stray away from traditions and opt to wear a gorgeous blush, beaded dress. Spending most of the time throughout your ceremony exchanging your own personal vows for one another. A guitarist can join you to play music during your ceremony and family portraits.
You can have your first dance on the beach as the ocean washes over your feet. These are the things that Jessica and Josh decided to do. I'm so honored they asked me to be a part and document all of their key moments.

It's just your friendly California elopement and wedding photographer here to remind you. You can't really go wrong with the details of your wedding day. I mean, as long as you choose what feels true to you. Know what I mean? Creating a day that celebrates your love story. Making new memories as families are coming together to cheer you on. Take time to soak it all up. This is your day! It's all wonderful. It's all magic.
