There’s just something so beautiful about the sun setting along the coast. I absolutely love the warmth that the sun gives as it slowly descends into the horizon line. In Southern California, the water is hardly ever freezing – and I am given this sense of calm and peace and at the same time, so much passion for adventure, as the water from the waves moves gently across the sand and across my toes. Whether I’m photographing couples or families, or just enjoying the sunset by myself, I will always try to time it so I can be there just in time for sunset. For instance, for this family photo session, they asked for sunset portraits down in Laguna Beach. OF COURSE I said yes!
