Kaylee and Drew wanted a simple, intimate wedding with their closest family and friends. It was so fun for them to plan together and see their vision come to life on their wedding day. Their wedding took place at Garrett Farm in Nashville, TN. My first time seeing the fall colors of Nashville and they definitely did not disappoint. Sprinkled along the long, gorgeous driveway to their venue, were boards that recited Corinthians 13. Such a pretty sight for an even prettier day.
I got to meet Kaylee for the first time the morning of her wedding as she was getting her hair and makeup done (by Ashley Williams and Brandy Lester). I honestly felt like we had already been friends for so long. Kaylee had her flower crown, her bouquet, and all of her bridesmaids bouquets made ahead of time by The Rosewood Boutique. I seriously couldn’t even tell that they were fake flowers – she did such a wonderful job. Her bridesmaids + bridesman looked stunning in their burgundy dresses + suit. Drew’s groomsmen + groomswoman complemented them perfectly in their navy suits + dress.
These cuties were glowing the entire day. From their precious first look, to reading their personal vows to one another during their ceremony (Also, Kaylee’s grandpa was their officiant – how stinkin’ cute is that?!), to cutting into their cake and serving cupcakes (provided by the adorable Julia’s Homestyle Bakery), all the way to dancing the night away with their friends and family. Their day was full of prayer and love. They ended the evening with a sparkler exit. Their joy is contagious and I’m so grateful to call them my friends.
